Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States.

How long will the delivery take?
Wishbands.shop is located in Amsterdam! Due to the high demand of these products, we have been fulfilling them directly from our manufacturer overseas. It is being shipped from various warehouses that's why it will normally take 11 up to 20 business days for the delivery.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order under the “ TRACK YOUR ORDER” section on our website.

Can I cancel my order?
Please email us within 24 hours with your name and order number so we can try to cancel your order. Although we cannot guarantee that we can still cancel or update your order, we will do our best on our end.  Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
